The process begins with the mechanical preparation of the component by either polishing or grinding to remove damage and corroded areas, to start with a clean metal surface.

Application of a contact either by bolting or soldering.

Coating applied to protect the surfaces from the process.

De-mask & Cleaning
The component is demasked and cleaned, and we would then typically coat it in a bright nickel layer.

Apply Diamond Layer
Application of a single layer of Diamond

Finishing
The carefully implemented process is completed by hand and these products are then ready to be sold.
